The location is also convenient for travelers, with Salt Lake City International Airport a short drive away. Outdoor access is a standout feature. The Jordan River Parkway is nearby, offering miles of walking and biking paths along the river, and the International Peace Gardens provide a peaceful place to stroll and relax. For bigger green space, Liberty Park is also close by. The neighborhood itself is calm, residential, and easygoing, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the city or the mountains. Guest Access

This is a private home with a private fenced back yard. Parking includes an attached two-car garage and three driveway parking spots, there is enough space for a trailer as well. All areas are private and designated for your use. No parties or events are allowed. Please note that there are ONLY SIX GUESTS ALLOWS at this listing during any given stay, no outside guests are allowed on the premises . Any variations must be discussed with the host.

Loosen up in the hot tub or chill out by the built-in gas fire pit. Stretch your legs on the huge sectional or watch the game on the 85" 4K Smart TV (with tons of streaming services). Turn on your favorite song on the Sonos speakers while you cook up a feast or get ready for the big event. Grill up a feast on the BBQ or take a nap in the hammock. Retreat to the the master suite with 65" 4K Smart TV, walk-in shower and freestanding tub. Have to stay in and work? That will be no problem with the two-built-in workstations and blazing fast internet. We pulled out all of the stops to make sure this is the perfect accommodation for a wide range of travelers. Enjoy every amenity you could hope for. Book it while you can! Many of the furnishings you will find were sourced locally to support local and small businesses. This includes: art from five local artists and a custom outdoor dining table from a local craftsman. The hot tub is manufactured by Bullfrog Spas, the outdoor firepit by Grand Effects, and the mattresses by Serta, all Utah-based companies.

Other Details to Note

Though we do everything in our power to keep our amenities fully functioning, they can, as most things do, breakdown. We cannot predict when that happens and therefore we are not obligated to refund any money due to non-working amenities (hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, etc). If this occurs, we will make every effort to get the problem solved in a timely manner - this may or may not occur during your stay.* We ask that you report any issues with the hot tub (dirty, cold, etc.) within 30 minutes of your arrival so that if an issue exists, we can work quickly to try and get it resolved. Pets on a case by case basis

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and affordable, especially for trips to Downtown Salt Lake City or Salt Lake City International Airport. For those who enjoy walking or biking, the area is bike-friendly, with access to the Jordan River Parkway nearby, offering a scenic, car-free route for exercise or casual rides. Public transportation is also nearby. UTA bus routes serve the area and connect to TRAX Light Rail, making it simple to reach downtown, the University of Utah, and other major destinations without a car.
